At the end of the course, the student should be able to

Understand the principles of diagnosis and management of common and complex medical conditions, including infections, chronic diseases, metabolic disorders, and lifestyle-related ailments. -
Develop clinical reasoning skills to assess patient history, conduct physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. -
Comprehend the pathophysiology of various diseases and their impact on the body’s systems, enabling the student to apply this knowledge to real-world medical practice. -
Gain knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics, understanding the mechanisms of drugs and their appropriate use in treating a wide variety of medical conditions. -
Promote preventive health strategies by recognizing risk factors, advising patients on lifestyle modifications, and emphasizing early detection and management of diseases to improve long-term health outcomes.
