ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat)

ENT, or Otorhinolaryngology, involves the diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related structures. The curriculum provides students with knowledge of conditions such as hearing loss, sinusitis, tonsillitis, otitis media, throat cancers etc. Students gain hands-on experience in both medical management and surgical treatments, including ear surgeries, endoscopic sinus surgeries, and vocal cord interventions. The course emphasizes patient care, focusing on managing conditions that impact respiratory function, speech and hearing. ENT training also prepares students to handle emergencies like airway obstructions or facial trauma.
